  • unistall Grub – LinuxQuestions.org
    A few months back I had I was in the process of removing Fedora off my desktop box and wanting to install Ubuntu. I ended up unistalling all my operating systems at the time since I was dual booting with XP and Fedora 8 but I ran into a slight mishap. I ended up having a computer with no OS which endlessly loaded Grub with 2 entries to nonexisting blocks. Low and behold I Googled removing Grub and came across this very simple fix which instantaneosly worked. This should work not only for removal of Grub but other bootloader such as LILO.

    Well it looks like the LHC Suffered a huge setback becase 100 of the magnets in the machines final sector rose by around 100C. The superconducting magnets must be supercolled to 1.9 kelvin above absolute zero, to allow the steering of particles around the circuit which never seemed to happen.
